A Lean Experiment

From Shelf-ware to Scale

Validating a new learning ecosystem, maximizing ROI and scaling learning through new modalities and automated content transformation.

For seven and a half years, I’d watched high-quality training content hit the "shelf" once a series of live sessions ended. When our AI Agile pilot needed a bridge between its two phases, I refused to let our previous work go to waste. I asked, “How can we maximize ROI of existing content while minimizing the cost of resources?

By leveraging NotebookLM (GenAI), I didn’t just create an interactive learner podcast, I ran a lean experiment. I turned our internal sources into an accessible, audio-first reivew that grounded learners before day one of part two of the pilot. This project served as a proof-of-concept for content transformation: showing how we can use AI to bypass human capacity limits, validate new learning modalities, and prevent “shelf-ware” through rapid, data-driven experimentation.
